St. Paul’s and Holy Trinity are Anglican (Episcopal) churches within the Diocese of Swansea and Brecon of the Church in Wales. ( If you want the full breakdown, we are also in the Clyne Deanery and the Gower Arch deaconry). We have a variety of worship styles and services reflecting the different needs and tastes of our members, who range from 0 to 90 . While appreciating the history of other churches, we value the Anglican traditions and worship at the best, but strive to make these relevant and accessible to all people living in the modern world. We value too the Bible, “God’s Word written” as the Prayer Book describes it, and seek God’s will and ways through its pages. We believe that our faith affects the whole of our lives. We seek both together and individually to work out this faith day by day , and to help each other achieve this goal as we use our gifts for the good of others, and receive the benefit of their gifts in return. Our mission is to be “Actively sharing the good news of God’s love in Christ with the people of “Sketty”, while not neglecting our responsibility to our wider society and world. We know we’re not perfect (that will soon be pretty obvious if you come along!), but we keep pressing on, and try to help each other to press on, and trust God’s grace for the rest.
