Parr Street Hotel is on the 2nd floor of Parr Street Studios Ltd. It is here where the largest recording studio outside of London is housed. Many famous artists have recorded here.
All rooms have leather sleigh beds with memory-foam mattresses, the latest Fatboy beanbags and 32-inch LCD flat-screen TVs with Freeview digital channels.
Studio 2 is now open for breakfast, snacks and drinks. The hotel bar is called 3345. It opens at 12:00 and serves food until 18:30.

By Rail: From Lime Street Railway Station (1.1 km / 0.7 miles): Head south toward Skelhorne Street, where you turn left. Turn right at Copperas Hill and then right again at the A5038 / Berry Street. Turn right at Seel Street, left at Colquitt Street and then right at Parr Street.

Parr Street Hotel is within a working recording studio, which does sometimes hold events. This does mean that there may be some noise at certain times.
Cancellation Policy: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged. Children and Extra Bed Policy: All children are welcome. All children under 5 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding. There is no capacity for extra beds/cots in the room. Deposit Policy: No deposit will be charged. VAT and city/tourist taxes: VAT is included. Service charge is included. City/tourist tax is not applicable. Internet: Wireless internet is available in the entire hotel and is free of charge. Meal Plan: Breakfast is not included, breakfast menu is available and costs vary. Parking: Public parking is possible at a location nearby (reservation is not possible) and charges may be applicable. Pets: Pets are not allowed.
